I love this product it gives me the relief I needed , I have two bad knees and use it two to three times a day and helps tremendously .
I use with the red light combination and it works well.
You have to be consistent in using it.
I have been using these products for several months now and find them very effective. I use them on my knees, neck, thumb , elbow etc. I have many other salves, creams , sprays etc but these products are two of my favorites arthritis relief.
I was an avid skier, basketball player and just beginning to play pickleball. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I was now bone on bone in both knees! Very good product! I've put away the patches I used to wear! The fragrance is great also. Each time I rub it into my knees, it also clears my sinuses!
